101. The Truth About What I Did to Get Back On Track with Vegan Life

In this episode, I share the four steps I took to get back on track with vegan life.
Quick recap of the steps:
I started working on the areas in my life that needed immediate attention—I made it more than food, and focused on other areas like: getting proper sleep, decluttering, taking care of things financially, etc. After working on those areas, I was in a better mental space to improve the way I ate.
Wrote my WHY and spent time going deep with it (several writing sessions) — My WHY - Better quality of health as I age and making an impact on the world
Having a consistent plan - batch cooking, grocery delivery/pick up
I stopped beating myself up!
