When I started making YouTube videos, I had a bad habit of not posting them on the blog. I need to get caught up.
Here's a very simple and delicious miso soup recipe. Only 3 ingredients! Enjoy!

Miso Soup
Ingredients
- 8 cups water, plus more for thinning miso
- 1 cup white or light miso paste
- 1 cup sliced fresh shiitake mushrooms
Instructions
Place the water in a large saucepan or soup pot on the stove. Turn heat to medium.
In a bowl, combine miso paste and enough water to make miso paste smooth. Add the mixture to the pot and stir or whisk to combine. If the flavor is too weak, add more miso paste.
Add mushrooms. Bring to a simmer, reduce the heat, and cook, uncovered, for 3 minutes. Do not boil.
