  • Test out new recipes on the days you have leftovers. They don’t like it? Cook it again.

  • Add an extra vegetable to the dinner plate and make sure they’re seasoned properly and not overcooked.

  • Use a cup with a lid and straw to give them green smoothies Also, keep fruit available to snack on.

  • Make school lunches with food that looks familiar (like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and plain Lay’s potato chips)

  • Let your kids grocery shop and cook with you

  • Have a conversation with your spouse

  • It’s okay to start without everyone being on board
