This is the hardest podcast episode I’ve ever done…but it’s necessary.
In this candid episode, I talk about my vegan story (started back in 2010), struggles with being vegan last year, insecurities about not having the life & relationships I want (yet), and being held back by shame.
I have to admit, I almost didn’t post this.
I recorded it with Nory Pouncil back in February, and it felt too raw...too real for me.
It’s so hard to come to terms with your life not being where you want it to be...BUT releasing my truth is a part of my healing.
This level of candor will help me do the REAL work necessary to help myself and others have the lives we’ve always wanted.
Shout out to Nory Pouncil for making it so easy for me to share MY TRUTH (that shrimp quesadillas story was supposed to go to the grave tho😭🙈).
